CC's Scouting Report: With a great offer list, Manning is one of the top defensive back recruits in the country. He is a very good player, especially in small spaces. Despite his size, he tackles well against bigger players and isn't afraid of contact. I see him as a boundary cornerback for most of his career at Tech.
