CC's Scouting Report: Frye is an aggressive safety who likes to hit, and he also has good natural skills as a wide receiver. I'm not sure which position I like him at in college, but he's a good all-around prospect. Defensively, he closes quickly on the ball carrier. Offensively, he knows how to go up and get the football.
